If you have already bought one, nothing changes. Your pass runs for 30 days from your purchase date, so if you bought on 28 August you have until 27 September to use it. Book as you planned. Same inclusions, same 30 days.

What’s included
The Essential Reset moves through three different modalities over the space of 2.5 hours.
Dry Recovery Zone
Begin with Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF) or compression therapy, depending on what your body needs.
Wet Recovery Zone
Alternate between the mineral contrast pools and the deep heat of the traditional group sauna.
Wellness Class
Open or close your experience with any of our classes.
Each modality sets up the next one. Use all three in the one visit or spread them out across 30 days.

Why It Works
Opening with Dry Recovery shifts your body into "rest-and-digest" mode before you hit the heat
Your body now primed for Wet Recovery turning the sauna into a productive stressor that helps you recover faster and feel better. Finally, we move to Contrast Water Therapy. Moving from the heat into the cold "reboots" your system, tightening the skin, waking up your senses, and locking in the benefits of the entire session.
A wellness class brings the session to a close, integrating all of these experiences together, and each building on what came before. This separates the Essential Reset from an ordinary spa day or typical gym recovery session.

How to Get Started
- After purchasing, download our Wellness Social Club app to book your sessions:
- Open the app and select your sessions, you will have 1 credit for each modality.
- Visit us at 6 Plenty Rd, Preston.
Fine Print (T&Cs):
Offer only valid once per person.
Valid for new members only (no existing/past).
Validity Period: This pass is valid for use for 30 days from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions remaining after this period will be forfeited.
Booking Limitations: Each modality (Wet Recovery, Dry Recovery, and Wellness Classes) is limited to one (1) booking per person. Modalities may be booked as separate sessions on different days within the 30 day period.
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: We don't offer refunds for change of mind. Credits and bookings cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Access & Requirements: All bookings must be managed via our official app. Participation is subject to all standard facility rules and code of conduct.

Purchase Window: Available to purchase until 11:59pm AEST 31 August 2026. Passes purchased before this time remain valid for the full 30 days, including where that period runs past 1 September.
Membership Credit: Your purchase includes a $100 credit toward a Wellness Social Club membership. The credit is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase and can be used once. It applies to any membership available at the time you redeem it, and can be used against a membership that was not on offer when you purchased. It cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or combined with other membership offers.
