Yin & Pin

Sunday, 28 June | 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Join us for a deeply restorative Yin & Pins experience designed to help you transition gently into Winter: supporting your energy, vitality, and nervous system as the pace of the season naturally invites more rest.

Through thoughtfully sequenced yin yoga, Lucy will guide you into grounding postures that help open and support key TCM pathways associated with resilience, renewal, and inner calm.

Throughout the practice, acupuncturist Kiah McGowan will offer hands-on acupressure while you settle into each pose, enhancing relaxation and helping your body unwind even further.

The session will conclude with deeply restorative acupuncture in Savasana, allowing you to fully absorb the benefits and sink into a profound state of rest.

Introducing BARE. An invitation into a longstanding wellness tradition where nudity is neutral, and the focus is on presence, recovery, and shared respect. 

Experience Finnish sauna, hot and cold immersion, and a self-guided flow at your own pace.
