Terms & Conditions

1. Validity: Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in accordance with applicable law.

2. Redemption: Vouchers are redeemable for services and classes at Wellness Social Club, subject to availability. Bookings must be made in advance via our website or the Glofox booking app.

3. Non-Refundable: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers may be transferred to another person by notifying Wellness Social Club before redemption.

4. Balance: If the cost of a booking is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance may be used toward future eligible bookings until the voucher expiry date. No cash change will be given.

5. Electronic Delivery: Vouchers are delivered electronically by email once payment is confirmed. Wellness Social Club is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email details supplied at purchase.

6. Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Please treat your voucher like cash. Wellness Social Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of voucher codes, except where required by law.

7. Service Policies: All bookings made using vouchers remain subject to Wellness Social Club’s booking, cancellation, attendance, and health or eligibility requirements applicable to the relevant service or class.

8. Expiry: The voucher expiry date will be stated clearly at the time of issue and on the voucher email.

9. Fees: No post-purchase or post-supply fees apply to vouchers.

10. Consumer Rights: These terms do not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
