Terms & Conditions
Validity: Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Redemption: Vouchers are redeemable for any service or class at Wellness Social Club. Subject to availability. Bookings must be made in advance via our website or our Glofox booking app.
Non-Refundable: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash but are transferable to another person with prior notification to Wellness Social Club.
Balance: If the cost of a service or class is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance can be applied to future bookings within the validity period. No cash change will be given.
Electronic Delivery: Vouchers are delivered electronically via email after payment is confirmed. Wellness Social Club is not responsible for delays due to incorrect email addresses provided.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Wellness Social Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged electronic vouchers. Please safeguard your voucher code.
Service Policies: All bookings are subject to Wellness Social Club’s standard cancellation and attendance policies for the respective service or class.
Extensions: Voucher validity extensions may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Wellness Social Club. Contact us before the expiry date.
Consumer Rights: These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees for services.
