Start 2026 by waking the body. Our previously sold-out Awakened Breathwork workshop returns, offering a space to slow down, breathe, and come back to yourself. A two-hour inner rest.

Arrive carrying whatever the day (or week) has left on you. A busy mind. A tight chest. Heavy feelings. Not fully present. Not fully rested. Just… holding it together. A body that’s been “on” for too long.

From the moment you walk in, the pace drops.

We’ll begin with a ceremonial cacao to help you settle and arrive in your body before we begin. Then you’ll be guided through breathwork, with clear cues and music.

  • At first, your mind may be busy (this is very normal)

  • Then your breath starts to create space, your nervous system downshifts

  • Your body begins to release tension you didn’t realise you were carrying

  • Emotions can rise and release

  • Reconnection to clarity and peace

We’ll close with gentle reflection and integration, so you leave feeling grounded and supported.

Her work blends science-backed somatic practices with intuitive healing to support deep, sustainable transformation.

Angela’s signature style is nurturing, powerful, and trauma-informed, creating spaces where people feel seen, safe, and deeply supported.

Embody is a deeply nourishing 2-hour journey designed to guide you back into your body, calm your nervous system, and restore balance on every level. Through the gentle unfolding of Yin Yoga, guided Yoga Nidra, and Reiki, this workshop offers a safe and supportive space to slow down, soften, and reconnect.

This workshop is suitable for all levels and is ideal for anyone feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, or simply craving time to rest, reset, and embody a deeper sense of calm.

Embody blends subtle movement, conscious breath, and energetic healing to support mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Expect long-held yin postures to release deep tension, guided relaxation to reset the nervous system, and Reiki energy to restore flow through the chakras and auric body, leaving you feeling grounded, open, and deeply rested.

Led by Silvana and Maryanne

Maryanne brings a heartfelt passion for subtle yoga practices that support deep connection to breath, body, and mind. With training in vinyasa krama, yin yoga, yoga Nidra, meditation, and yoga therapy, her teaching is gentle, intuitive, and nurturing, with a growing interest in postnatal practices inspired by motherhood.

Silvana discovered yoga as a powerful tool for presence, healing, and self-connection. Trained in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Breathwork, and Reiki Levels 1 & 2, she weaves together movement, breath, and energy healing to support balance and wellbeing. Her holistic approach is grounded in a deep care for community health and conscious living.

Galentine’s Women’s Circle

Join us for a heart-opening Galentine’s Women’s Circle, a space to reflect, reconnect and be held in the power of sisterhood.

This circle is for the woman who’s craving more depth in her relationships, specifically with the one she has with herself.
