Sound Healing
Sound Healing is a calming wellness experience that uses soothing tones and gentle vibrations to help quiet the mind, relax the body, and support nervous system regulation. It’s an ideal option when you want to slow down, release tension, and create space for rest and reset.
What is Sound Healing?
Sound Healing is a guided relaxation experience that uses Himalayan singing bowls to create a calming sensory environment. These tones and vibrations are used to encourage stillness, help settle the nervous system, and support a deeper state of rest.
Unlike high-impact recovery modalities, Sound Healing is gentle, non-invasive, and designed to help you pause, reset, and reconnect.
How Sound Healing Works
Step 1 — Arrive and Settle In
Your session begins in our calm, quiet studio designed to help you slow down and transition away from the pace of the outside world.
Step 2 — Get Comfortable
You’ll lie down or sit comfortably while the session begins. This allows the body to soften, the breath to slow, and the mind to begin unwinding.
Step 3 — Immerse in the Sounds
Instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic sounds are played in carefully layered tones and vibrations throughout the session.
Step 4 — Allow the Body to Respond
As the sounds move through the space, many people experience deep relaxation, mental quiet, and a greater sense of calm and presence.
You will be guided by Keiko a certified singing bowl therapist and meditation teacher who specialises in burnout prevention.
Step 5 — Rest in Stillness
The session gives your body and mind time to settle into a restorative state, supporting relaxation and a sense of emotional and physical reset.
Step 6 — Return Gently
At the end of the session, you’re guided back slowly, allowing you to re-enter the day feeling more grounded, clear, and balanced.
Our staff are always available to help guide you through the experience and answer any questions before your session begins.
