Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork

These guided practices are designed to support relaxation, mobility, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing in a calm, welcoming environment.

Whether you are looking to slow down, release stress, improve flexibility, or feel more grounded, this experience offers a gentle yet powerful way to support both body and mind.

What Is Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork?

Yoga, meditation, and breathwork are practices which support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

Yoga combines mindful movement, stretching, and posture-based practice to improve mobility, strength, and body awareness.

Meditation helps quiet the mind, improve presence, and create a greater sense of calm.

Breathwork uses intentional breathing techniques to help regulate the nervous system, release tension, and support a more balanced state.

How it Works

Step 1 — Arrive and Settle In

Begin by arriving into our calm, welcoming space designed to help you slow down and transition out of the outside world.

Step 2 — Guided Practice

Depending on the session, you may be guided through:

  • Yoga postures, mindful stretching, or simple grounding exercises to help the body release tension.

  • Intentional breathing techniques to help regulate the nervous system, improve awareness, and deepen relaxation.

  • Guided meditation, rest, or quiet integration to support mental clarity and emotional reset.

Leave Feeling More Grounded

Most people leave feeling calmer, more present, and more connected to both body and mind.

Bron

Bron

Bron blends grounding, intuitive movement with practices that honour the body’s natural cycles and rhythms. Informed by her trainings in Yin, Hatha and Vinyasa — and enriched by her background in midwifery and fertility — her teaching encourages students to deepen their relationship with their physical, emotional and energetic body. She believes that slowing down is a potent form of self-healing and she offers space that invites breath, presence and a gentle return to oneself.

In Bron’s classes, students are guided to drop inward and explore the balance of softness and strength. Her intention is to cultivate a sense of connection and spaciousness that supports students long after they step off the mat.

grace

Grace

Grace came across yoga in 2012 whilst studying at university, and was at first drawn to the physically strengthening aspects of Ashtanga yoga.

At the time of discovering yoga, she was training for her first marathon in the UK, and found yoga to be the perfect partner for long-distance running. The emotional and mental benefits quickly became more alluring as each practice offered an opportunity to go into a place of curiosity about the mind and body.

She went on to begin her first teacher training in Melbourne in 2020 and has continued to train with some of Australia’s most-renowned teachers. Her passion for yoga includes discussing philosophy, teaching take-home techniques for everyday situations and fostering community. Since completing her 200Hr teacher training, Grace has delved further into the study of Yin, Meditation, Pre-natal yoga and trauma-informed practice in mental health.

Grace’s classes are inclusive, intuitive and progressive. She focuses on connecting the mind and body through the breath, encouraging mindfulness throughout the practice. She loves working with people from all backgrounds and all different stages of life, so that they might leave a session feeling a little taller, a little more expansive, and a little more at peace.

Keiko

Keiko

Keiko is a certified singing bowl therapist and meditation teacher who specialises in burnout prevention and supporting busy minds to slow down. Her work centres on Himalayan singing bowl therapy and guided meditation, offering a practical way to rest and reset while staying grounded in everyday life.

She helps people build personalised self-care that actually fits their life. Her sessions give you space to breathe, unwind and return to yourself in a way that works with your natural energy rather than against it.

Keiko pays close attention to each person’s unique energy patterns, helping you understand how you naturally rest, focus and make decisions. It brings a tailored feel to her work and makes self-care feel instinctive instead of forced.

Her teaching style is clear, calm and steady, creating an experience that feels supportive, accessible and genuinely restorative.

Julia

Julia

Julia found yoga as an adolescent, finding it profoundly helpful for her mental health. She has since come to deeply appreciate the richness of the philosophy, the wholistic practice of yoga, and the life-long learning that comes with it.

In her classes she combines body awareness, mindfulness and breath to support the exploration of the whole being. She aims to create intentional practices that are accessible, calming and gently build resilience.

Her extensive studies and offerings include yoga for mental health, somatic yin yoga, tantric philosophy, meditation, yoga nidra, and sound bowls.

Melinda (Mel) Watkins

Melinda is a yoga teacher with a strong foundation in Iyengar practice, enriched by training in vinyasa and yin. She is also a qualified naturopath with extensive clinical experience in naturopathy and nutrition.

Before stepping into teaching, Melinda worked in corporate marketing, where she experienced first hand the pace and pressure of a busy, high stress environment. Yoga became her anchor during this time, something that brought steadiness, clarity, and space to breathe.

This continues to inform her teaching today. Her classes are thoughtful, intelligent, and grounded in mindful sequencing, with an emphasis on creating space in the body and calm in the nervous system. Melinda guides her classes with clarity and care, leaving students feeling more settled and connected.
