Wellness Classes at Wellness Social Club bring together movement, breath, stillness, and sound to help regulate the nervous system and support overall wellbeing.

These sessions are ideal for anyone wanting to create more space in their week for recovery, relaxation, mindfulness, and connection. Whether you join to stretch, strengthen, breathe deeply, or simply unwind, our classes are here to help you return to yourself.

How it works

Step 1 — Choose your class

Step 2 — Arrive and settle in

Come into our calm and welcoming space in Preston, where you can take a moment to slow down before your session begins.

These guided practices are designed to support relaxation, mobility, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing in a calm, welcoming environment.
